(earlier known as Frankenhilf and renamed Richville in 1862), including plat map of Richville (1902), deed transferring land from Leonhard Sippel and his wife to the trustees of St. Michael's Lutheran Church congregation that the first church was built on (1875), deed transferring land on which St. Michael's school and parsonage were built (1857), deed transferring Pastor Augustus Craemer's interest in the Frankenhilf colony land to Pastor Ferdinand Sievers (1852), deed transferring land from Carl and Christian Ammon to the trustees of St. Michael's (1853), land patents from state of Michigan to pastors Sievers and Craemer for 1113 acres in Denmark and Tuscola townships (Frankenhilf colony) in Michigan (1849), three St. Michael's Church memorandums (1905-1910) found in St. Michael's 1910 renovation cornerstone, and a plat map of Richville (1902).
